Our Realtor was telling us that if we wanted to buy a house this time is the best time. There are lots of houses in the market and the interest rate is down. There are also houses on foreclosure that maybe we can get a good deal with. Although there are things we have to consider when buying for properties in foreclosure. I am thinking too that since there are lots of problem regarding mortgage now that lenders are very careful whom they are approving for mortgage. They may have to put the burden to those who are applying the hassle in the processing. I am hoping that we will be good to go in our mortgage plan and I will make sure once we got the property to really do good in paying our mortgage and prevent foreclosure.

Even if the real estate market is on the brink of downfall but I believe there are still businesses that is blooming and people are not afraid to make investments. When I went to view houses on Saturday with our Realtor he told me that there are lots of houses right now in the market. Not only that even in commercial real estate there are also lots properties that is in the market. If I am into business I may hop into it as well but I will just leave it to business minded people to check out commercial real estate.

Military Relocation

Being a military wife I already endured more than one military relocation. They call it in the service as PCS or Permanent Change of Station. It is very daunting honestly. It is hard for me to establish roots especially in work and having friends. I guess it is part of the sacrifice that we have to do to support our beloved soldier. Eversince we relocated from station to another we don't live on post. We are using the Basic Allowance for Housing, BAH, to pay for our rent and utilities. In a sense it is a good thing but this time we are trying to look for our place. Hopefully, with God's guidance and help, we will be able to find one that we will call our home.

Being a stay at home Mom I am thinking of a lot of things that I can do to help my family's finances. Especially now that we have addition, our Darling Daughter, we need to start saving and possibly invest for her future. I am looking on different types of investing where I can do it just being at home. I am thinking of doing stocks investing, buying mutual fund, rental property investment or any other investments that I can use to boost our finances. I have been browsing to many investment websites to give me information and educate me. So far I am following through it but I can say seems like it is a hard thing to do. But hopefully I will be able to understand its operation so I can start. I can't wait.

Scottsdale Real Estate

I love watching HGTV. Everynight before I go to sleep I watched the show. I like it when they feature extraordinary properties in the middle of nowhere or a vacation houses with extraordinary architecture. Just like houses the feature around Arizona. Houses overlooking a canyon or a nice property on mountain or hilltop. I checked online and Scottsdale real estate are selling huge houses and vast properties. I saw this one very big property and man I love the design. It is really to die for. Looking at those houses makes me wish I win a lotto so I can have one.

Mortgage Newbie

Me and hubby are both mortgage newbie. With our plan to get our own place we need to study the ins and outs of the mortgage process. Our friend who also mortgages a property just recently shared to us their experience. Basically how mortgage works is a lender will loan an amount to the property buyer and the buyer will repay the lender thru monthly payments. What we are looking at are cheap mortgages that will help us first time property buyer. I know that the rate we can get will also depend on our credit and financial capabilities. But I was told that in order for us to get a low monthly payment we have to at least pay 20% of the total amount of the property. Also we have to settle for a fixed-rate mortgage to lock our payments and not affected by the fluctuations in the real estate market rates. Everything is so confusing to me. Elegant Homes

While we were in Eatontown, New Jersey hubby brought me to Ocean Place. For over two years it was my first time to see ocean again :-). The place was pretty neat and I was so enthralled with the beauty where nature, the ocean, and mandmade luxury homes was put together. All the houses along the coast are very elegant. It's all like mansions with very nice architectural designs. I love the idea that those luxury homes are built near the sea. Along the shore were benches that is suitable for relaxation and resting. Although the houses were not uniformedly made. One house is distinct from the other but when you see the place you would really wish you are one among those who lives there. I wish.

Moving to West Coast

I was at work from 9 am to 4 pm today and my friend pass by to see me coz she knew we are moving. And she said why all people she knew wanted to go West Coast. Well I don't know. She said her Mom and Stepdad is now in Vegas because they are planning to move there. They are checking with a Las Vegas Real Estate to help them with buying a house. That is good for them. With me and hubby we just love the West Coast. He wanted to settle down in WA that is why it's a blessing in disguise that even we are hurried to move but it will be to the place we like to settle down.

Buying a House

We will be moving this month to another state and we are planning to get our own place. Since we are property virgins, we don't have any experience yet of buying real estate property, we are trying to check on companies that will not rip us off. We are checking online right now of possible locations, cost and mortgage rate. We are trying to get the best place for us with less money to spare. I hope this real estate company that we are trying to contact will give us enough information and help us in getting our first dream home.
