Celebrity on Go Green

I was watching Oprah yesterday and her guests are Julia Roberts and Sandra Bullock. Both are A-list Hollywood actress and I love them. I like their movies and they are very beautiful as well. Both of them are an advocate of green earth. Julia R. is sharing her composting and recycling technique. She is also sharing one personal thing, that she don't use deodorant, not ever :-) And Sandra B. is also sharing her soy candle, an organic candle that she uses in her household. All of us is encourage to help save our environment. We can start in our own household one step at a time.

Singing Bee

There is another contest show that ABS-CBN had launched yesterday, it's the Singing Bee hosted by actor Cesar Montano. Seems like there is another show like that here in the US hosted by Joey Fatone. He was one of the celebrity at Dancing with the Stars last season. ABS are copying more shows from abroad ha :-) Just like Deal or No Deal, Big Brother and the Wheel of Fortune. What's next?

Reality TV Show Update

I wasn't able to watch closely the American Idol since I was hooked in watching the Biggest Loser Finale. It is very amazing how the contestants became so slim after 16 weeks of training inside the ranch. The Biggest Loser this season is a female, Ali. She is also the first female to win the said reality show. It is very inspiring and life changing that what they do I know a lot of people can do too.

For the American Idol, David Cook has the best edge among the contestants. I am still rooting also with Carly Smithson. She look slimmer to me with her dress last night. All the girls looked gorgeous and they are very lucky to be mentored by the sultry Mariah Carey. I think she will sing tonight for the AI result.

The Dancing with the Stars, the one voted out was Priscila Presley. Every week the celebrity contestants are getting better and better with their dance executions. I am still rooting with Kristi, Jason and Christian.

HGTV Dream Home Winner

The winner is very lucky to get the brand new house and the brand new car. I love the house location, which is in Islamorada, Florida. The beach view is very relaxing and if you live there you will feel like you are in vacation all year long. The house is fully furnished will all the modern and top of the line appliances and furniture. I wonder where would be the next HGTV Dream Home give away.

"What Not to Wear"

I love watching TLC channel. Before when I was pregnant I watched A Baby Story and Bringing Home a Baby. I also love to watch "What Not to Wear" with Clinton Kelly and Stacy London. I just love to hear do's and don'ts in fashion. They are giving sound ideas and literally the show changes one's life. Getting to know what is right for you to wear and what will look good on you could definitely boost your self-esteem. Your confidence will go up and will make you feel good. According to them there is no bad body type only bad choices of clothes for one's body type. It does made sense :-)

TFC

I didn't know that with the cable company that we have you can subscribe for foreign channels and they have TFC. Hubby surprised me and he subscribed for it. Now I can watch TFC all day long. Hubby likes to watch Wowowee and he dances with Bomtarat tarat and the other dance where you have to pout your lips. He looks very trying hard but funny. When the telly is on I feel like I'm in the Philippines.

Teleserye Withdrawal

I admitted here on my blog that I am a teleserye addict. When I learned that we are moving I didn't renew my subscription for ABS-CBN because we will be traveling most of the time. Also hubby told me that we will get Direct TV when we get a new place. With my online subscription it will be auto-renewable. So when I cancelled it I was still browsing the website. I was trying to control myself not to give in and renew it but I can't wait another two weeks I am experiencing withdrawal already (exagge) :-) I kept complaining to hubby then I gave in. I renewed it :-) Now I am doing overtime watching my fave teleserye.
