After giving birth I easily lost the extra pounds. I think breastfeeding has helped a lot as well. But recently after the holidays I realized that my love handles are actually showing. Before hubby left I told him that I may need exercise equipment like treadmills, elliptical trainers and abs machine to trim my tummy and waist down. Right now I am still slacking to open my yoga mat and do baby and me yoga. I really have to do it religiously before I balloon and shock hubby when he gets back.
