I am a fan of Today's Show at MSNBC and I found their topics very interesting especially in enhancing our lives. This morning they were talking about how to age-proof our brain memory to prevent dementia later on in life. Experts recommended of giving your brain an exercise like solving puzzles. One puzzle recommended is the Sudoko game. By stimulating your brain it will lessen by 42% of getting brain memory problem later on. I agree that this is one way of prevention. And prevention is better than cure. Get healthy now and live a healthier life to prevent possible memory loss later in life.
