We are using dishwasher to wash large load of dishes. Less Stressful Shopping

My fear before was how I am going to shop by myself with a baby when hubby is not around. Weeks after hubby left it is very hard for me to go out. Aside from always raining our baby cries when I put her in the car seat. But lately my grocery shopping is smooth and less stressful. Here is what I am doing:

* I make sure she is dry and wearing comfortable clothes.
* I make sure she is well-fed and bring her bottle of milk just in case.
* I do not go out shopping if she haven't taken her nap yet.
* I bring a couple of her fave toy in my bag. Her shopping cart seat cover have hanging toys in it though.
* I have shopping list with me so I will not spend too much time looking for what I need.
