Yesterday I was off at work but I attended again the ESL - language workshop offered for free here at our apartment complex. I saw new faces in class since I was absent for 3 consecutive session. I was amazed the class population increased. It's nice to meet other nationalities again aside from those that I mentioned here before. I have a new classmate from Hungary, Mexico, Puerto Rico and Germany.
Anywho, the last time I attended the session {3 weeks ago}, one of our teachers told us that she will be going to China for an educational tour. When I attended yesterday she just came back from the said tour. Then she bought each one of us present. Isn't it so sweet and thoughtful of her? We didn't expect it. Here's a pic of my gift below - a semi-precious stone bracelet =)
Even if I didn't won the precious stones that Mareng Ethel gave as prize for her puzzle contest, I received a semi-precious stone above...hehehe semi nga lang. But then she gave me another precious gift and here it is:
