Many people are still unaware of what is Alzheimer's Disease (AD). AD is a progressive, degenrative disorder that attacks the neuron, the brain's nerve cell, that will result to loss of memory, thinking and language skills, and behavioral changes. In earliest form this disease is called Dementia. Person that suffers with this kind of disease needs quality care.
I worked in a care and rehabilitation center before. I was assigned in an Alzheimer's ward and related illness. I know how enormous the challenge those affected by this disease, and their family is facing.
