Nothing much happened on our weekend. We literally just stayed home most of the time. Went out to store to get few stuffs, did a little errands and then Sunday we went to church. The church service was great and it was centered on the family. The feeling was so overwhelming you can't help but cry. I learned that Sunday was that if you feel the burden and you are afraid, the Lord said "I GOT YOU".
Anyways, our DD knew that if it's Sunday it's church day and she can wear nice, pretty dress. She get to pick her attire and wants Mommy to compliment her all the time :-) When we were in the car going to church she exclaimed, "I like it going to church Mommy!" "I like the singing". I think she is just very appreciative of the things she get to see and experience. It is nice hearing it from a little toddler like her. I am glad she like going to church too because she is behave inside and I don't have to worry of her running around. She listens, dances and claps her hands when it is time to. I only have to bring her something to snack on though, especially drink since the service sometimes lasts for couple of hours :-)

Choo-Choo Train
The pictures above were taken outside the Supermall in Auburn, Wa. We went there two weekends ago. When we walked outside our DD saw the train display on the side. She then said choo-choo with matching hand action :-) I took a snap shot of her while she was busy running around. It's a joy to know that she can now identify some of the things that she saw in her books. She easily get amazed by things around her.

Having a Great Time
Here are more pictures of our DD while at the Children's Museum. Even myself cannot contain the excitement going through the many things a child can do there how much more our little DD. As soon as she entered she was running all over the place and don't know what to touch first. There are many firsts she did in there including going up and down stairs by herself. It is really a good place for kids to discover and explore.

Weekend at Redmond Town Center
Last Saturday we went to Redmond to check out Microsoft Campus. I was able to print the route going there through Mapquest. The last time we went there it was a little dark so we missed the exit. We did not try to look for it since it was dark and raining. But this passed weekend we got there still with light and was able to drive around the Microsoft campus. The campus, I believe occupied the whole stretch of the road with different buildings. It was weekend and there were no traffic there. We just saw cars parked and those that played soccer.
After driving around the campus we then proceeded to Redmond Town Center. It was freezing cold even though the sun was out. Instead of roaming around, we stopped by Starbucks to get something hot and sit for a little bit. We got our coffees and I was able to fed our DD. I felt like sitting down there not going out anymore because of the temperature. We did a little bit of window shopping and then decided to head back home. We planned of going back there again but maybe in spring or summer time when the weather is warm and comfortable.
Weekend Capture
Took some pictures after the service.
We let her walked to the vehicle and she liked it she don't wanna get in :-)
We went to church today. Usually within the service I have to go out with our DD because she will start to be fussy inside. I don't want to disturb other people so I brought her out and just listen the sermon through the loud speaker. It was different today. She did not fuss like she used to. Although she started to but we were able to hold her down. For the most part she was clapping her hands especially when the choir sings. There's a small baby behind us and she was waving at her. I was glad that I was able to just stay in my seat the whole service and not go out to chase our DD :-)

Walk at the Park
This was Shiloh's first time at the park when she can already walk. She was having fun and don't even want to be in the stroller. She just want to walk and walk. The above picture, we were at the ground near the parking area. She saw pet dog and she wanted to chase the dog.
She was walking at the running trail and don't want to get back in the stroller. She was following her Daddy. I believe she walked for almost a mile. It was quiet a walk and she did not feel tired.
She just got back up after falling on her knees in the picture above. It was her first and only time to fall during that long walk. She is very proud of herself to walk.

Wood Sculpture
When we were at the Puyallup fair we saw exhibits of different things. One of which is this wood sculpture which is very cool. They have different sculpture from animals, birds, gnomes, to human models. The coolest thing is they are using a small chain saw to do the job. I am not sure how you call the process but it is what I saw at the fair. They also made the sculpture in different sizes. From the small animal to the largest one. I even saw a dolphin wood sculpture which I forgot to take a picture of.
Me and our DD hop on this animal sculpture, pictured above. It is a big boar and it is swinging when you hop on it like you are riding a bull :-)

Fun at the Fair
We had fun during our weekend. As I have said that we went to Puyallup Fair and our DD had a blast more on watching the different animals rather than the rides. She is not enjoying the rides yet because she is still young but she kept on pointing to the big rides as we were walking around. We brought her inside the horse stables. It was a 4-H stable wherein different horses from different counties have rodeo competition and equine show. She kept saying oh, oh, oh and was very ecstatic.
We also went inside a barn where you can see barn animals. The kids were able to pet some goats, sheep, rabbits, and see different birds species. I let her pet goats and sheep as you can see at the picture above. It was a great day for us and we hope to be back at the fair next year or the next years when she can already enjoy everything.

On Top of the World
She is such a darling now. She loves doing new things and enjoys it when Daddy put her on his shoulder. Then hubby decided to sit her on top of his truck. She was enjoying it. She was clapping her hands showing her excitement. She may have thought that she is on top of the world :-) Isn't it a beautiful site when your child is happy?

Horse Petting
When we went to Ocean Shores there were horses that you can rent out per hour basis. You can have horse back riding along the beach. If it was not that cold I would probably try one. Maybe next time when our DD is old enough. So what we only did was petting the horses. Our DD got excited when she touched the horse's face for the first time.

Mt. Rainier Escapade
So we continues and he drove through the woods in a narrow road going up until we reached at the main service center of the park which is I believe more than 3000feet above sea level. You can really see that the mountain is snowcapped and the temperature went down. It was 7pm when we reached the service center and they are closing for the day already. It was freezing cold for me and our clothes were not appropriate for the chilly weather so I asked hubby if we can go back down and just come back. I even put our DD in her stroller instead of carrying her so at least she is warm inside and not subject to the cold breeze of mountain air.
Having a Blast
Our DD had a blast during our weekend getaway at Northwest Trek. We let her explore around and even if she is not really interested with the animals and plants that we saw around we still talk to her about it. She is sitting on the table on the above picture. I was trying to get her attention to look at me but she was having fun banging the table with her hand.
On our way out I saw these mushroom umbrellas on the sidewalk. Since I was holding her hand while walking she pulled me to go to the umbrella. She was interested by its red color and when the wind blows it will rotate it made her more excited to touch it. Everytime it rotates she will giggle and clap her hands. I believe she had a blast with our family outing :-)
